good to know, port timing issues perhaps?
I think there are porting issues and compression issues. The 2:1 bore to stroke ratio really doesn't help at all either. Mintor may need to re-think their 38cc design from the ground up. It's just an OK sport engine but that's it. I really didn't want to buy one and figure out stuff on it, but no one else was doing anything on it and I need answers. So I developed them myself
If they were to use the cylinder/piston of their 33 and a new bottom end with around a 32mm stroke, with proper porting and around a 10:1 compression ratio, nothing in this size would touch it.
