Default Bad building technique's

HI Guys
It's bad news when you see so many planes crash through building/and bad glue joints a mate lost his L39 last Sunday through elevator seperation.I got to thinking that a lot of these problems could be avoided by going back to using foam core's and sheeted wings there is a slight increse in weight but at least you get to keep your models. I used this method for years and never lost a model (except a couple of dumb thumbs) the fuz is no problem you can see 99% of it and is easly fixed. Retracts are are a breeze to fit and beleave me they take far more abuse than what we have now, interested in your views
Regards
