yes, you can insert reducers in the lines, combined with the adjustment on the valves. You can make them come up slow, and go down slow. It's not perfect, but pretty good. I am using the sierras with a robart tank.

Those have got to help. The valve I have now SLAMS the retracts up, sure would not want my fingers in there when these babies goes up. [:@]
