I was wondering if anyone familiar with this plane has had this issue? I could not get the engine to advance to full throttle, after jacking with it all day, I noticed that everytime i advanced the throttle, the low speed needle valve would catch on the cowling and close. i made the opening bigger with my dremmel to give it clearence, and now I have no issues. I was wondering if this was a normal problem with this plane? If so it seems like a major design flaw?
