Great info... I thought only the Marines had M45 in Korea guess I am changing the decals. You can have any color tank you want as long as its OD green.
Marines only had the M26s (including the A1s) and the M46s. They used the M4A3E8(105)s as their support tanks, several had dozer blades on them, too. Interesting note: only the M4A3E8s went all the way up to Chosin; the Pershings didn't fit in the mountain roads.
Found an interesting picture during my research of an M26 with wading stacks for the air intakes and exhaust...never seen that before.
Good build...it's coming along nicely.
