First let me start by saying thanks to anyone who takes the time to help.

I just want to verify my installation as I did not use a power box on my first jet (Facet).

I am using a Powerbox 40/24 Competition and a futaba R6014FS receiver.

I will plug the seven Powerbox input cables into the first eight server plugs on the receiver. The throttle will be left open for the ECU to go directly to the receiver. The Powerbox will have two A123 batteries plugged into it and the aileron, flap, rudder and elevator servos will be plugged into it as well.

There will be no battery plugged into the receiver.

The ECU will continue to have its own battery.

The steering, gear and flaps servo will plug directly into the receiver.

By the way the jet is a viper 2m if that matters, but it should not.
