i am using a thunder charger, not thunder power, it's the thunder t6 i beleive and it can measure cell voltage as it charges and has been accurate from charge to charge, pack to pack. this charger has worked great on everything i have from nicd to lipo.
Check the voltages with a multimeter and compare them to the voltages the charger is showing.
