It's a Bridi 1/4 scale Cosmic Wind. If you have new wing cores already it should be a simple process to finish them off. You may want to do a search on how to sheet foam wings. In this case if it were mine, I would sheet them with 3/32 balsa using epoxy and a vacuum bag setup. I would add a 1/4"X12" ply jointer and glass the center with 3 layers of 4 oz cloth then cover the entire wing with 3/4 oz cloth, prime and paint.

There was at one time a racing class for these using 1.20 4 strokes. I would go with a YS 1.20 as this would be the right amount of power and enough weight for correct CG.
