Here are some museum non flying Spitfires. They are from the RAF museum in London.
Also another replica on a pole. Still beautiful!
I had a wonderful day there all by myself. The poor (new) wife was back at the flat with jet lag and a head cold. "I wont be long darling. Promise."
Six or so wonderful hours at the museum and they had to kick me out.
I had no tripod for my camera hence the shots taken from the floor with a long exposure time.
