Already have quit the salt ... Suger too. Just remember your statement when you get old and join the ''PILL PARADE'' ... Remember when your Mother told you to ''Eat your Fruits and Veggies''. I do eat my fruits and veggies. Also overweight and have lower blood pressure then my doctor who is skinny and runs 5 miles everyday. And I eat salt too, go figure.
