Try the milkie pipe...
Its not very strong but its REALLY REALLY quiet, it has a subtle note to the stock can thus the sound doesnt seem to travel as much.
It actaully gives you better power than stock (only just) too which is a bonus.
There is also the jetpro silencer which you could coule to the pipe if you can find somewhere to mount it which would take it down another 3-6db...
