Thanks for your service! I had one deployment in the F-4, then was lucky to fly the F-14 for over 20 years. Regarding your ejection, early on we had the terrible Pratt and Whitney TF-30 in the Tomcat; someone came up with the sarcastic saying 'If it says Pratt and Whitney, it better say Martin-Baker". Martin-Baker was the maker of the F-14 ejection seats.
