To SLSKN, The Saito 450 is a powerful engine. The HP should be similar but the 999 can swing big props. My 9-90 swings a 24x12 well but you have 10 more cc. Cymaz, The 20 amp fuse sounds a bit small. Each plug draws 3A X 9 =27A so a 30 would be better. I believe thats the current draw of OS type F's
