Tumalik, just some 2c, ditch the metal clevis on your choke arm & put a ball link on, metal to metal is No Good in Gassers, causes radio noise.
Metal to metal contact is only a problem for moving parts. Tumalik's clevis moves against the fibreglass horn so no problem.

Goose, the throttle is connected by a metal clevis to fiberglass horn, I refered to the choke, metal clevis to metal choke arm, I don't do that. That metal clevis is going to buzz in the choke arms oversize hole. just trying to point this out. Concerning the throttle servo that burnt up, just make shure that it's not stalled out at the end of the throttle travel, the only other servo I've seen melt down like that was a mechanical retract servo that had binded linkage.
