The Zenoah is a 62[X(] I'm planning to use a 27'' x 14'' 3bladed propeller. Haven't started the engine yet. I will mount it on a aluminium plate and screw thre plate on the firewall.

Are you sure a 14 pitch will be enough? I don't know which reduction drive you have, but most are at least a 2 to 1. A G62 likes to turn about 7500 rpm so that is around 3750 prop rpms. That is not a lot of speed. A Moki radial turns about the same and it uses a 16 to 18 pitch prop.
From what I've seen, a reduction unit on a WWII "heavymetal" model is a bit lacking
