I would estimate my surfing RCU has been reduced by 75% over the past couple of months because of slow or no access.

I agree. I don't visit as much, since the site has become so difficult to use.
Sluggishness I can deal with. Not connecting 6 times in two hours means you cannot even follow a thread if it leads to a different page! It is getting unusable. Forget about posting pictures = what use is this site if you cannot communicate?
