Nice work, I'm impressed by your edge. How do you cut it so straight and smooth? Do you use guides on top and bottom to get it symmetrical?

Also, where do you get the control horns?

I took the liberty of including a pix of my Ulery Laser fuse, its the 98 incher Dave Brown flew at the '82 TOC. I'll be using the cowl you sent on it and have to say you build light cowls. Again, nice work.
