when i first started i did not belong to AMA either we flew at a football and soccer fields , one of our fliers Bill flew his sweet stick into a brand new truck door , he had to pay for repairs of that truck out of his pocket , after that we joined AMA and found a chasrtered club to fly at , anyway im sure there are a lot of stories out there like this !!!
