Today, at approximately 7:30PM local time in Palmer, Alaska, there was a severe and momentary increase in the gravitational force at the east end of our runway, causing the devistation of the aircraft (particles) in the photo.

My question is: What causes these gravitational fluctuations, and could some kind of reverse tractor beam be mounted on the wings of my planes, to prevent these things in the future?
