Here's an image showing the results of the salvage operation. Gravity fluctuations have settled down here, except for a brief period last night when I found myself stuck to the ceiling.

The wing is repairable, and could be used on something else. The tail would make a nice hat, and the pilot took the initiative and ejected, so he was unharmed.
