Nope; three ''500 system errors'' and two ''cannot connect with that website'' before getting through. And I have found RCG to be much more lightly moderated than RCU...
They may be lighter, but at least a few of them are rude and not very helpful. One person responded to a question of mine with a link to a three year old not helpful thread twice.
RCU does seem to be working better for me.
