thanks for the info so it seems from your readings of the different props this engine is good for plane that are around the 3kg range for scale or 2.5kg for 3D. I would like to know how much does the muffler effect the numbers you posted?

I know the rpm numbers is nothing without a flying test. But i'm very busy now. I've tested this little small engine without muffler because i think is better on a new engine at break-in phase. Also i'm testing the engine with many mufflers to see how it performs . The exhaust pattern of port and holes is the same as OS55AX, JBA56F and more. i'm planning to test with AX box exhaust, Tower muffler, stock NGH , TT46 pro muffler and a tuned pipe.
