Here's the deal. I submitted my proposal long before the NSRCA did theirs. Only reason I submitted it then was because there seemed to be a great deal of discussion pushing no weight limit at all. I felt that that was not the way to go and submitted a compromise that a thought was reasonable. I still think it is better than the NSRCA 5.5kg. I would rather take smaller steps than one big one.
