for your on and off for the lites, use a Demension Engineering latching relay made to plug into your 3rd channel. Then its one psuh to turn it on and then the next push of channel 3 turns it off....assuming a pistol grip controler. If it is a stick arrangement xmtr then the relay just changes position with each movement of channel 3.
