You can see what they have as well as I can tell you, but none of them are really trustworthy. So if it must be super cheap, get any Hobby King unit that looks cool and hope for the best.

Yes, for a beginner.

Yes, if you're a beginner without an instructor.

Get an instructor and fly at a proper RC facility.
