Before you call someone on a reported speed, you must tell me why you cannot acknowlede it. It could be that you have never checked the potential yourself and just dont know? Or possibly you are kidding all of us by saying we cannot go faster than 200 which you may be politically concious in stating. Like you tell the officer you were going 55. But you really sound naive by just declaring something so. Where have you been with your eyes? or mind? or credibility?
