Maybe. The only things written on it is the number "82" stamped on the back of the cylinder, "Made in Canada" stamped on the bottom of the crank case, and "Made in USA" on the front of the magneto. It has a Walbro carb, and has "RT" stamped on the piston seen through the exhaust hole. Thanks for the input!
