My impression was that Airplanes400 was simply trying to bring a little humor to a situation that has probably been solved. I doubt that anyone, including Irish, was offended. A little humor when a guy is totally frustrated can be a good thing.
I think I was about to call that part some of those things myself. Not offended. Not sure if it is solved or not. the only thing solved is HK does not care about their customers. I guess they have more customers than they need. To Bad.
