Boomerang failed to give the first step in the process - greedy union slugs decide they want more pay than the engineers who actually went to school and learned how to design the aircraft and avionics in it.  And if they don't get it they'll sit down on the job and cry about it like big babies.  Or worse yet destroy peoples' cars who actually want to work.
