the more I look at it, the more I do not understand why there are not a bunch of them running around on the IR battle fields.....For me, the lower hull is the hard part, wheels, tracks and suspension. Thats the tough part. For the IS3, It looks like you just cut off the front of the lower hull and add some space between each suspension mounting point and add about 3-4 inches in lenght...you need the late road wheels and you would need an extra pair for the idlers....the turret could be made by making a bunch of "CCCCC's" ...glueing them and filling in with putty......Yup, this look very do-able...
