Blade 400 Problems
Hey everybody,
Totally new to this game and recently purchased a Blade 400 second hand. I own the Blade 120, have flown it for over a year and am now bored with it. I feel quite comfortable keeping the 400 stable but got to cocky and brought her down hard. I bent the tail boom and broke the rotors. I managed to fix everything but when I tried test flying it, the head speed wasn't getting fast enough to get it off the ground. I cut the power, but it quickly idled right back up again so I hit the throttle hold on my DX6i controller. The helicopter started making a high pitch buzzing noise so I unplugged the battery. I looked it over and noticed that one of the servos skips a bit when I run it back and forth. Could this be the reason for all this? When I connected the battery today, the helicopter continued to beep and the high pitch noise was still present and building!
Or is there something wrong with my ESC?
Thanks for the help, I'm trying to learn all this and the instructions don't say much.
