Smaller most likely meaning narrower. Leading edge sheeting is generally from leading edge to spar. TE sheeting is generally from the TE Stock to an inch or so foward... nornally up to the notch in the back of the rib. If cap strips are used on top of the ribs.. the TE sheeting will ususually just lay on top of the rib with no recess.
