While I have used this stuff with some success, by and large I have always felt monokote was a temporary proposition. Especially on smaller glow models. It may be perfectly suited for large IMAC type aircraft, but the real solution for the best results is to paint your aircraft. I avoid plastic coverings like the plauge, and I have been using the stuff since 1984. Monokote has always been a compromise in my opinion.
