Webra 10 ccm Blackhead. Who can tell me?
The Silverlines were actually cheaper versions of the old Blackheads. The internals, especially the connecting rod, were not as nice as the Blackhead's. Your Blackhead sounds like one from the late '60s or early '70s. Webra came out with their Speed .61 in '74 and that pretty much ended the demand for the blackhead.
