If you really wanted to keep it nostalgia/Classic Pattern oriented you should forgo the computerized scoring! We did it by hand with calculators back in the day as there were no 'puters...
We were thinking that but Mike and them seem to have a way we can do it and print out the score sheets. I think it might be easier to just have to write out one pattern per person myself. We will get back to that in the near future but right now I have a few updates that are pretty exciting.

I know I mentioned having a party at a club members house and that was really option 2 we had to choose from. We were uncertain if we could get the place we all really like until just last week. Since I know a lot of us are Nascar fans and of course we all love airplanes it really only seems right to have it at a place where we can enjoy both. While I was away in Phoenix, Leon was contacted by the owners of the Harmon Rocket and its a go. This is awesome as the place is big enough to have seventy people in a banquet type room that opens up to the main restaurant and even though we will not have the full run of the place it will be close to that.

This place is so cool as it is filled with avaition history as well as being a Nascar cafe. I hope this is ok with everyone and it is located very close to the hotels. Leon and the club are to thank for this and it is scheduled to start at 730 on sat night. Maps will be at the field.

Next on the agenda is, we have had a great response from the sponsors. I had contacted Zap a week or so ago and explained what we are doing and they came back with the following.

1. 60 1 ounce bottles (Thats right 60 not 6) of thick and thin CA.
2. They sent the check to sponsor 2 of the six first place trophies
3. As well as sending Hats (Not sure how many)

This is really incredible and more then $1000.00 of total sponsorship just from them. Please make sure to be thinking about what kind best suits your needs when signing up and pick up a bottle.

The sanction has been sent off approved and forwarded to AMA so we are good there and now we are just putting the final pieces into place. By my count we are only 24 days out so start parcticing and get ready to have some fun and experience a really good contest. All the classes are filling nicely and it should be a really good turnout.
