To build from scratch, you will either need a very good ability to fabricate all the parts, plus equipment to do so. If building something is what you are looking to do, your options are to buy a tamiya kit and build it, or buy parts seperately from Phil at RC tank wars. Get the Asaitam lower hull, an HL upper hull and whatever electronics you want to go with and have at it.
