Well the plug heater (we call them hot shots )...........Adjusting the needle valve..........and guys tuning carbs with a screw driver puts you in a dangerouse location.Remote needle valve placement helps get the fingers farther away from the prop.A tall hot shot helps on some of the smaller engines..........A lot of guys use the short hot shots and you are very close to the prop taking one off the glow plug.

Someone could make a pretty good profit if they came up with a compact little remote device where the hot shot could be placed farther from the prop like the simple remote needle valve.
