I do not think this is a cogging issue. I would try a new battery and see if this solves your problem. If trading out the batteries does not work, then the ESC is my next guess regarding your problem. I would give your truck a good go over, to make sure all things are good, such as wiring, electrical connections, motor mounts, gears are tight stuff like that. Not that a loose gear is going to cause your current problem but good to eliminate any obvious stuff going on.
