The 140RX is setup for a LifE 9.9v batt. I don't think the old two cell LiPo will work correctly (I may well be wrong here, I just know what the 140 is setup for from the factory).

Worth checking the voltage the ECU is set up for.

The voltage setting on the ecu has no effect on the turbine operation.
