What is a general price range?
i have a leopard 2000kv setup in my muggy for test runs.
all depend on what you want to do with the muggy
Mild bashing, street, outrageous speed.
I am testing on 2 3s turnigy nanotech 6000mah lipo's
will probably be switching to venoms as i can get those for the same price as the turnigys
at my lhs plus limited lifetime warranty
.
My build.

If you need help let me know
If your runing the Blue can motor that is actually a $46 Keda motor
the Leopard motors are of much better quality and put down more power

Yeah its a blue can 2000kv, Nothing spectacular by any means its the same size visually as the mmm 2200kv

I am glad to hear the actual leo motors are going to be better than what i have.
I am planning on the 4092 around 1700ish kv probably for my final motor as i dont know if i want to grind away at my motor mount for the 1717.
yeah the blue can Keda motors are ok, but the Leopards are much better
the Leopard 4092 is very much like a CC1520 motor, and those kick butt!
the 4092 is going to be more than enough for your needs in this Muggy [:-]
I was thinking of doing a Track Star 4068 2560kv on 4s in my Muggy.. but I think this one I will keep nitro and go with maybe a OS30

Glad to hear about the 4092 i keep hearing its a nice in between the 1520 and the 1527.
hoping to keep my 16t 46t setup or go up a tooth or 2 for street use. with the 4092 1730kv.

as for the trackstar, I have a Toro system (same thing) flipped the switch on the esc after leaving it sit for the winter, e.s.c. went poof.
the motor is the 2560kv i havent tested it out yet this year.

I had been running 6s lipo on that setup for over a year at the time in my E-revo
it was a fun little set up.

seen a couple youtube vids on 4s in a muggy, looks like it cooks pretty good.

I wish you luck with the os.30 if you go that direction.
i didn't have great luck with my os.30, (other people have great luck)
my lrp.30 rocked my savage xl.
