Ya gotta love it.
But, I also have a Spektrum DX6i and one of the first DX7's and love them too. I've never experienced any sort of a "brown out". Maybe that's because I don't have any binding servos, fly it with 6 volt packs, and don't fly it until the receiver batteries are almost dead. That's the winning combination.
