RE: Airtronics RDS 8000 Radio
I've really liked my RDS8000 too. The only two complaints I have is that there is no dual rates or exponential on the rudder for planes (but it does have expo for helis, WTH?!) and you can't set it to do dual rates all on one switch. Those are small annoyances easily fixed by spending double the money on a better radio, but for $200 I'm happy to live with it. On a matter of personal preference, I think the sticks aren't rough enough on top but Futaba aftermarket ones will fit so no biggie.
