you can get rid of some of that roughness... make sure the planes is restrained, have someone help you....

turn on the engine, and throttle it up to where it starts to 4 stroke.... leave it at that throttle position, and lean out the low end carefully
Tried this an made some improvement, it now runs smoothly from 1/3 throttle onwards also checked for fuel dripping from carb but there is none.
I had already vented the diaphragm plate hole into the fuz from new.

Thanks for all these ideas, I will try the timing next.
I don't know if it was mentioned,but take an xacto knife before moving the sensor and scribe a line on both sides,so you can get back to where it was set incase it does nothing for your problem.
