Yes,a3 mm dome nut and fiber washer on the tube side, a very short 3mm bolt with a fiber washer on the pump side.

I can understand closing (blocking) off the carburetor, but wouldn't you only block off the Moki pump side off if you have removed the pump mechanism from the motor?
