Thanks! That helps because my intuition told me that lean was counterclockwise. I'm assuming I rarely need to touch the low speed needle based upon the fact that it looks difficult to get to, correct?

Two other quick ones. First, does the after run get put right into that carb. hole below the high speed needle with the engine off? Second, is it OKto run this for a couple minutes at a time out of the water?
