Thanks! That helps because my intuition told me that lean was counterclockwise. I'm assuming I rarely need to touch the low speed needle based upon the fact that it looks difficult to get to, correct?
Two other quick ones. First, does the after run get put right into that carb. hole below the high speed needle with the engine off? Second, is it OK to run this for a couple minutes at a time out of the water?

Usually, the low speed needle is set correctly. However, if the engine continues to run at a high rate when the throttle is reduced to idle the low speed needle should be opened to allow more fuel at idle.
