I own and regularly fly with two RDS8000 radio systems. I've been enjoying trouble-free flying with them for a number of seasons now. To buddy box the RDS8000, you can pick up any number of inexpensive VG, RD, or Vanguard series Airtronics transmitters from the RCU classifieds or your favorite auction site.
