Are we talking about the one sold by BPHobbies?
I helped a friend out that has one, he had crashed it about five times in as many flights, so I asked if I could try it.
First he had it balanced OK, you want to be at about 20%, 1/5th the chord of the wing at the fuse.
Second forget about the ailerons, on his they had almost no effect, and he had all the throw he could possibly get. On my first test flight I had him throw it with the motor off, pitch was about what I expected, but it didn't turn at all. The second flight I put power on and it went left and I couldn't bring it back at all. I checked it and it had left thrust, so I had him take that out, and add some down thrust. The third flight it flew out straight, I gave it some power and it went straight with some climb which was controllable with some down. When I tried to turn I got nothing, so I put rudder in and it turned fine. On the forth flight, I can't remember if we just mixed the rudder in to the ailerons, (it's a computer radio), or if he plugged the rudder in to the aileron channel, but on that flight it flew fine.
