Default Need help with Kingtech K140F on Diesel

Hi,

I did a short video of my bench test for a K140F operating on Diesel.

During the initial startup, I encountered a lot of flames during "Switch Over" and "Fuel Ramp" stages, with "pump PW ignition" at 017 and "engine min flow" at 22%.

For the second start, I changed "pump PW ignition" to 016 and "engine min flow" to 20%. The short video shows the results. Less flames encountered during "Switch Over" (at 26sec mark of video), which is an improvement, but I still get a lot of orange flames during "Fuel Ramp" stage (39s onwards).

Can someone help to explain which parameter influence fuel ramp stage and if I can do more changes to my ECU settings to lessen the flames I am currently encountering during start up?

Thanks.

Isaac
