Hey RCU,

Has anyone ever attempted to build a scale model with working cables to control the ailerons, rudder, and elevator, rather than an electrical system? Much like a real aircraft, my thoughts were that the cables could be connected to a set of control sticks and rudder pedals, and by moving these controls in the cockpit the control surfaces would also move.

Obviously the model would be static, as there's no way it could be controlled in flight.

Any thoughts?
